цвета отличные, я в такую же погоду фотографировала и цвета все-таки блеклые вышли

Это специальная такая технология, HDR (Hyper Dynamic Range photo). Делается три кадра, из них собирается один, потому и цвета такие.

Неестественно (хдр можно было применить не на одном объекте, а на разных - здание/небо).

Это специально, всё выкручено по максимимуму, saturation, strength. Обычный кадр так и вовсе был серо-бледным.
